SINGAPORE, 23 October 2026 — Four Singapore hotels feature in Tatler’s Best 100 Hotels Asia-Pacific 2026 selection: Capella Singapore, Raffles Sentosa Singapore, Raffles Singapore and The Singapore Edition. Unveiled as part of Tatler Best Asia-Pacific’s 2026 hospitality programme in Shanghai on 22 October, the regional list recognises distinctive properties for their design, service and guest experience.

Four Singapore hotels on the regional Best 100 list

Capella Singapore: Hotel of the Year in Singapore

On Sentosa Island, Capella Singapore combines restored colonial-era Tanah Merah bungalows with contemporary resort architecture and landscaped tropical grounds. Alongside its place on the regional Best 100 list, Tatler recognised Capella as Singapore’s Hotel of the Year for 2026. Its appeal rests on an approach to luxury that values discretion, heritage and a strong sense of place.

Raffles Sentosa Singapore: Best New Hotel

Raffles Sentosa Singapore also appears in the Asia-Pacific Best 100 and received Tatler’s 2026 Best New Hotel in Singapore distinction. Its all-villa concept, comprising 62 private-pool villas surrounded by greenery, introduces a more secluded interpretation of the Raffles experience.

Raffles Singapore: A heritage hospitality landmark

The historic Raffles Singapore returns to the regional spotlight through Tatler’s Best 100 selection. The landmark hotel, a national monument, continues to demonstrate the commercial and cultural value of preserving service traditions, including its renowned butler service, alongside contemporary expectations of comfort.

The Singapore Edition: Design-led city hospitality

The Singapore Edition, on Cuscaden Road near Orchard Road, is another Singapore property recognised in the 2026 regional Best 100. The 204-room hotel brings a modern, minimalist aesthetic to the luxury hotel experience, with hospitality spaces designed around social connection, atmosphere and contemporary urban travel.

Singapore’s wider Tatler hotel distinctions

Tatler’s separate Best-in-Class awards also recognised Four Seasons Hotel Singapore for Best Service, Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree for Best Design, Marina Bay Sands for Best City Hotel, and The Warehouse Hotel for Best Boutique Hotel. These awards are distinct from inclusion in the regional Best 100 and should not be mistaken for additional entries on that list.

What the recognition says about Singapore’s hospitality industry

For Singapore’s hotel sector, the range of recognised properties shows how luxury hospitality can take several forms: a heritage destination, an all-villa resort, a design-led city hotel or a highly personalised urban stay. While their settings differ, the same operational demands remain: consistent service, clear positioning, careful maintenance of standards and teams capable of making each guest experience feel considered.

The distinctions also underline an important point for hoteliers and culinary professionals: impressive design may attract attention, but hospitality is sustained by the people who deliver it, day after day. Service culture, food and beverage execution and an authentic connection to place remain vital to any successful hotel experience.

Editorial clarification: Tatler’s Best 100 is an Asia-Pacific-wide selection, not a list of 100 Singapore hotels. The four Singapore properties named above are distinguished from Tatler’s separate national Best 10 and Best-in-Class honours.
