How we intend to work
Start with community needs. Listen to local people and work with suitable community partners to identify where support can be useful.
Make the process clear. Set program criteria, document decisions, and keep records of resources received and how they are used.
Respect people’s dignity. Treat participants with care, protect personal information, and share stories responsibly.
Build at a manageable pace. Begin with work that can be delivered and followed through, then use what is learned to shape the next steps.
